How do I fund my live trading account?
Once you have applied for a live trading account, and have verified your identity to comply with AML policies, please choose from the options available on
the live account funding page to fund your account.
(Please note: Your account number will not be provided until your identity has been verified. This is necessary to comply with Anti Money Laundering and
Anti-Fraud regulations. The name and address on the account used to fund your trading account must match your identity verification information. We cannot accept
third-party funds.
If you have already provided your identity verification documents and have not received your account number, please
contact our support department in case your welcome email was lost or was mistaken for junk mail by your email service provider.)
How do I withdraw funds from my live trading account?
Use the withdrawal form in our client support section to withdraw funds from your account.
(Please note: To comply with AML policies and regulations, we cannot remit third-party payments of any kind. Withdrawals can only be sent to an account held
in your name and residential address which must match the identity documents that you verified with us during the account application process.)
What fees do you charge for funding and withdrawals?
None. We do not charge any fees of any kind for transfers of funds. However, all third-party payment processors and/or banks involved in the method of transfer
will charge fees that we have no control of. Please note the fees charged by payment processors such as OKPay or Skrill (Moneybookers) before using their services as
we have made all
reasonable efforts to link to any applicable fee schedules that we are aware of. If you are funding or withdrawing using bank wire (SWIFT), please be aware that
there is no possible way for us to know your charges ahead of time. Wire transfers are a method of bank-to-bank fund transfers that often involve intermediary or
correspondent banks. Your own bank, our bank, and all intermediary/correspondent banks in between, may charge a fee for their part in the international wire transfer
process. (In general, the total cost may range from $15 to $30 depending on the banks involved. This is an estimate based on average bank fees and cannot be
considered accurate as there is no way for us to predict the parties involved.) Nevertheless, wire transfers are typically the most cost effective option for any
single transfer larger than 500 USD or EUR.
What is the minimum to open an account?
Minimum account size varies depending on the account type you choose. Please refer to our
live trading account comparison table for the minimum initial balance
for the account type you prefer.
